When does the promotion end?

The campaign will conclude once the prize pool of $40,000 has been redeemed, which can be after 30 September 2024.

Do I need to be a Victorian resident to enter this promotion?

Claims are only open to Victoria residents.

Can customers under the age of 18 enter?

Claimants may be over the age of 16 to enter, but anyone under the age of 18 must have parent or legal guardian approval to participate.

Can store staff enter the promotion?

No, this competition is for our customers.

What do I need to spend to participate in this promotion?

Participants must spend $50 or more at Eastland participating dining retailers, then fill out a form and upload an image of their receipt to be processed and approved for redemption.

What gift will I receive?

Customer spend to reach $50 must be within the same day if using multiple receipts to reach spend. Value of gift card will depend on their spend- Spend of $50 to earn a $10 gift card, spend $100 to earn a $20 voucher, spend $150 to earn a $30 voucher, spend $200 to earn a $40, spend $250 to earn a $50 voucher, spend $300 to earn a $60 voucher and so on. Campaign ends when prize pool is fully redeemed.

What is the receipt number listed on the form?

This is the number which is generally located on the bottom of a receipt. Don’t worry if you can’t find it, you can just leave that field blank.

Can I make more than one claim?

Yes, customers can make more than one claim.

How can I tell if my entry has been received?

You will receive an on-screen confirmation message on the promotional website after you have entered your details, acknowledging that your entry has been received. You will also receive a confirmation email stating that your claim is being processed. You will receive another email when your gift card is ready for collection.

How will I receive my Gift Card?

You will need to collect from the Guest Services Desk at Eastland Shopping Centre.

Do I need to keep my receipt?

You must retain your receipt/s and submit as part of the gift card claim.
